If our technician replaces a part when repairing your home's heating or air conditioning equipment, you receive our 1 Year Parts And Labor Warranty on that part. Other contractors give you only a 30 to 60 day warranty.

Installation Warranties

When we install a new furnace, air conditioner or heat pump in your home, you receive the Trane, Lennox, Sanyo or Unico manufacturer's parts and labor warranty. This warranty covers your equipment for 1, 5 or 10 years depending on the model you choose.

On the installation of a Honeywell Electronic Air Cleaner or Programmable Thermostat, and an Aprilaire Humidifier, you receive a 1 year manufacturer's parts and labor warranty. Abatement Technology's central air purifiers have a 2 year manufacturer's warranty.

Because we want you to be satisfied with your new system, we will promptly respond if you have any installation follow-up items that need attention.
